Our produce

We take a great deal of care to source as much of our produce as possible from local suppliers.

Meats As far as possible, all our poultry, eggs and other meats are free-range and locally sourced.

Fish All our fish comes from local waters through the fishmongers in Beer and Seaton.

Drinks Our hot beverage ingrdients (teas, coffees, hot chocolate and sugar) are now fairtrade and all hot drinks are made with organic milk.
All our bottled water is from Devon and we stock Beers brewed in the neighbouring village of Branscombe and from Otter Brewery in Ottery St Mary.
